At this time we are only able to ship in the USA and Canada. We are working towards international shipping for you girls!

All orders are shipped from Houston, Texas. We work very hard to ship your standard shipping orders within 2-3 business days. (Business days means Mon-Fri) You will be provided with a tracking number so you can also track your order all the way to your door step.

Priority orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Must be ordered by 12pm M-F for same day shipping.

After processing your standard orders will arrive 3-5 business days.

After processing your priority orders will arrive within 2-3 business days.

USA: We understand that sometimes your new item does not fit well. This is why we give you 7 days to return for store credit or exchange. Please contact us at info@rairburd.com

CANADA: No returns or exchanges. Please email if you need help with sizing before ordering. Duties and Taxes paid at delivery.

You will pay to ship your unworn, unwashed with original tags items to the address we send in the email 

Shipment must be postmarked within 10 days of your original delivery date. This means you have 7 days to notify us of your return, then 3 days to ship it back.
