Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to let us know of any issues or dislikes. You can contact us at contact@rairburd.com . If your exchange is accepted, then we will send the address for y’all to pay for the shipping back. You have 3 business days to send your items back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. All refunds will be processed on store credit or exchange. 
If an item was purchased with a gift card or store credit. The sale is considered final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with your provided store credit.

Refunds
